The evil races in Galactic Civilizations 2 include the Drengin, Korath, Yor, and Korx. The Drengin and Korath - formerly members of the same race - are uber-evil warmongers bent on dominate of the galaxy. The Yor are a machine race which has no love for organic races. And the Korx are traders who would sell their own child for a chance at wealth. Which is the most evil in Galciv 2? Who cares?
