Is The PlayStation 3 Logitech Cordless Precision Controller Really Worth the Cheap Price?

When I purchased the PlayStation 3 Logitech Cordless Precision Controller I thought I was saving myself $30.00. I was excited that I found an additional controller for so cheap to be used with my Playstation 3, however the controller lacked so many features!
